Information do we collect
Personal information is collected from employees and/or prospective employees as directed and in compliance with United States government regulations. Information requested is for employment purposes only, except as required by Affirmative Action and Homeland Security programs. Required medical information for insurance administration and work place safety issues may be collected from employees as needed.
How do we use web site collected information?
The CSR web site is directed or intended for U.S. residents only. The privacy policy applies to all customer-identifiable information CSR obtains when a customer visits our web site.
The information we collect is used for internal review in order to better facilitate customer interest, demands, and marketing requirements.
Any information from the web site is not a requirement, but a response from the user. Information obtained from the web site is not shared with any other business or organization.
Customer Information
Customer brands, trademarks, designs, business plans, business addresses, business contacts, and information are customer proprietary and will not be shared with any organization or entity outside of CSR without written consent and authorization of the customer.
Secured information
Appropriate security measures are in place for our physical facility to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected. We also have 24-7 technical service monitoring of our computer equipment from a bonded agency.
Policy on children
We do not knowingly conduct business with anyone under the age of 18 yrs. old. Our web site and business activity is targeted for adult usage, but we feel confident that parents will not judge any of the information provided as objectionable for viewing.
Opt Out Policy
CSR policy allows you to notify us at any time via the contact listed above to have information changed, updated, or when possible deleted (government regulations may not allow).
Enforcement
Periodically, our operations and business practices are reviewed for compliance with corporate policies and procedures governing the confidentiality of information by our internal audit staff. Additionally our external auditor/consulting staff annually review these same policies and procedures.
Individual and company privacy information is maintained for duration of time regulated by government standards and polices. Proprietary information unique to a customer is maintained as long as a mutual business relationship is ongoing and needed to fulfill the obligations of CSR.
